This site is operated by Garage Guardian LLC ("Garage Guardian", "we", "us"), a mobile automotive service business serving Douglasville, GA and surrounding areas including Austell, Hiram, Dallas, Villa Rica, and Winston. We collect only what we need to prepare and deliver a service quote:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The service address or location where you want work performed.
• Vehicle details such as year, make, model and mileage.
• The services you request, your preferred date and any notes you write.
• Photos you choose to upload of your vehicle or the issue.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through this website.

We use your information to review your request, prepare a quote, contact you about that quote using the method you provided, schedule and perform service, and keep records of work we have done. We may also use your contact details to follow up about an open request.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site and our internal tools: our website and database hosting provider, a mapping service used to estimate drive distance to a job address, and a private messaging service used to alert our team when a new request arrives. These providers process information only to deliver those functions on our behalf.

We use only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage: a session cookie that secures our staff portal, and local browser storage that remembers your progress in the quote form and whether you have dismissed our cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings, though the quote form and staff portal may not work correctly without it.

Quote requests and the photos attached to them are kept while your request is open and afterward as a service record. Requests that do not result in work are reviewed periodically and removed once they are no longer needed. Records for completed work are kept longer to support warranty questions and normal business record keeping.

You can ask us to delete your request and photos sooner at any time.

Quote data is stored in a hosted database with access rules that restrict reads and writes to authorized accounts. Uploaded photos are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly browsable. Our staff portal requires an authenticated staff sign-in, and administrative actions are limited to approved accounts. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit.

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to the smallest group that needs it.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email service@garageguardian.repair and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

This site is intended for adults arranging vehicle service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
