Terms of Service

Last updated August 20, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website and to quote requests you submit to Garage Guardian LLC. By submitting a request you agree to these terms.

Quote requests are not bookings

Submitting a request through this site is a request for a quote — it is not a booking, a confirmed appointment, or a contract for service. We will review your request and respond with pricing and availability.

Estimates and final pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the vehicle's condition, the parts required, or the scope of work differs from what was described. We will tell you before performing additional work that changes the price.

Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days and is subject to parts availability.

Mobile service requirements

Mobile service requires safe, legal and accessible parking at the service location on a reasonably level surface, and permission from the property owner or manager where required. Some repairs cannot be performed on-site and may need a shop; weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.

You confirm you are the vehicle's owner or are authorized to arrange service for it.

Scheduling and cancellations

Preferred dates you select are requests, not confirmations, until we confirm them with you. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If our technician arrives and the vehicle or location is not accessible, a trip charge may apply.

Communications consent

By giving us your phone number or email address you agree that we may contact you about your request using calls, text messages or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by telling us, replying STOP to a text, or emailing service@garageguardian.repair. Opting out of messages may limit our ability to complete your request.

Payment

No payment is collected through this website. Scheduling and payment are arranged directly with Garage Guardian LLC.

Content you submit

Photos, notes and details you submit must be accurate and yours to share. You grant us permission to use them internally to evaluate and perform the requested work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the related service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Any warranty on completed work is the warranty stated on your invoice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Douglas County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here on the date you submit a request is the version that applies.
